Privacy Policy

This site belongs to Graph-Pak Corporation, a folding carton manufacturer in Franklin Park and Island Lake, Illinois. We keep this policy short because our data practices are short: we run a manufacturing company, not a data business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising on this site.

What we collect

Information you send us. If you use our contact form, call, or email, we receive what you provide — typically your name, company, work email, phone number, and your message. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to our sales team.

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — which pages are read, how people arrive, and what devices they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address and pages visited, governed by Google's privacy policy. We use this only to improve the site; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Hosting logs. Like nearly every website, our host (Netlify) keeps standard technical logs of requests to the site.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, quote and produce packaging work, improve the site, and keep it secure. That's the list.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that operate this site for us — Netlify (hosting and forms) and Google (analytics) — and as required by law. We never sell it.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out. If you've sent us an inquiry and would like it deleted, email sales@graphpak.com and we'll take care of it.
